  • What brands do you use?

    We offer a wide range of systems from most of the major and reputable brands, but don’t have an exclusivity deal with any specific brand. This means that we can always offer the best heating or cooling system for each customer’s needs.

  • Why do you stock the brands and systems that you sell?

    We have experience with every system that we sell and install, and can trust that they will perform well over time. In the rare event that these systems do break down or require repairs, we also have experience with the brands and trust their warranty and servicing programs.

  • Do you install units supplied by customers?

    We are unfortunately only able to install units that we have supplied. This is so we are able to ensure that each system is right for what you need and that we are able to install it to the professional standard our customers expect. It also means that if there is ever a fault with the system, our warranty procedures are as quick and painless as possible.

  • What is involved in a maintenance service?

    A maintenance service is a routine operation carried out by our trained team. As each system is different, they follow a comprehensive checklist to ensure that each one is assessed correctly. If you have any questions about your specific service, ask the technician and they’ll explain exactly what they’re looking for with each step. 

  • How long does it take you to install a system once you have a quote?

    Once a customer has accepted a quote with us, it takes an average of 10 working days for our technicians to arrive and install a heating or cooling system. This timeframe can vary depending on the time of year and the demand for our services, but our customer support team should be able to give you more accurate information during the quote process.

  • How long does an installation take?

    The amount of time it takes us to install a system depends on how complex an installation it is. Generally, a split system installation will take our team about half a day to completely install, while a fully ducted installation generally will take a full day. Our team will give you an accurate estimate of how long the job will take ahead of time, so you can plan accordingly.

  • What qualifications do your installers have?

    Our team is made up of specially-trained refrigeration technicians and registered plumbers, so they’re more than capable of ensuring your installation goes smoothly. In addition, most of our installers are direct employees rather than contractors, so we can trust that they will always live up to the quality that our customers expect.

  • What guarantees or warranties do you provide?

    We only work with brands that we trust to look after our customers, meaning that all of the products that we sell and install are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If your system isn’t working up to its specifications, we will work with you and the brand to ensure that the problem is fixed or the system is replaced.

    Our company is also insured with workmanship cover, so all of our installations are covered by a 6-year workmanship guarantee.

  • What do I do if there’s an issue with a system after an install?

    If you have any questions or concerns about your system after it’s installed, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We will work with you to determine if we need to come and test the system and make sure it isn’t an issue with the installation.

    If we find that the product is faulty, we will organise the warranty claim on your behalf. All you need to do is wait for the manufacturer to contact you with information about the next steps of the claim.
